RETURN GUARANTEE

We believe we provide the best crutch accessories products to help with your time on crutches, a walker or other mobility aid. However, if you are not satisfied with your product please return your item(s) with a letter explaining the issues. We will provide either a refund, credit or exchange depending on the wear of the item(s).

PRODUCT RETURNS:

If your item(s) are completely unused and it has been 15 days or less, Crutch Caps will issue a full refund minus the shipping fee. If your item(s) are barely worn, we will issue a store credit or exchange for the cost of of the product(s). For further clarification, see below.

FULL REFUND TO YOUR CREDIT CARD:

If the item(s) are unused and in their original packaging, Crutch Caps will immediately, upon receiving the product, issue a full refund for the product price. Crutch Caps will not refund any shipping costs.

STORE CREDIT:

If the item(s) have been worn, Crutch Caps Inc. will issue a store credit for the cost of the product(s) upon receiving the item(s). The store credit must be used within 90 days of the exchange date. Crutch Caps will not refund any shipping costs.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange for a different item, please contact Crutch Caps using the information at the bottom of the page.

MONOGRAMMED ITEMS:

Monogrammed items cannot be returned.
